Welcome to Save Oils LTD's Shipping Policy. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and terms when you purchase products from our website [www.saveoils.com]. By placing an order with us, you agree to abide by these shipping terms.

  1. Delivery Availability:
  • Delivery is available across the UK and Ireland.
  • Shipping is free for all full and half pallet orders.
  1. Single Bag Items:
  • Single bag items must be part of a pallet order to qualify for free delivery.
  • Without a pallet order, there is a delivery charge of £60.
  1. Additional Delivery Costs:
  • If your order exceeds the capacity of the designated pallet(s) by a small margin, you may be contacted to arrange an additional delivery cost.
  1. Terms & Conditions of Sale:
  • Delivery Instructions: Ensure that delivery locations meet the minimum access requirements specified.
  • Minimum Access Requirement: Sites must accommodate a minimum 32-foot length rigid body truck with suitable surface material (tarmac or concrete) for the use of a tail lift.
  • Driver Assistance: The driver can only move the pallet within an area if it is tarmac or concrete and generally cannot assist with opening the pallet.
  • Unattended Delivery: If no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver will leave the pallet on your property in an area deemed suitable.
  • Return Policy: A minimum charge of £25.00 will be applied if a product is returned with the driver.
  • Special Requirements: Contact us before placing your order if you have any special requirements.
  • Agreement: Completion of your order signifies agreement to our Terms & Conditions of Sale.
  1. Terms & Conditions:
  • Product Collection: All purchases of Solid Fuel from Save Oils LTD are sold 'collected' from our yard. By entering your address and delivery details, you acknowledge that the Solid Fuel is for your own private use, and you are employing the services of the courier.
  • Courier Services: The contract for delivery is between you, the customer, and the courier. Save Oils LTD provides the courier services on your behalf without any financial interest or profit from the courier transaction.

  • All ZE (Shetlands)
  • All IM (Isle of Man)
